Paul started his career as a banker but left to pursue his passion for fitness and strength training.

His interest in personal training was sparked at age 14 during rehabilitation with a personal trainer after a rugby injury.

Began his professional training career at Ben Dunne Gym, Sandyford, quickly building a full client base.

Moved to Southside Gym, Sandyford, for better facilities and a private environment.

Spent 10 years at Southside Gym, where his business grew significantly.

Observing poor strength training standards in women’s gyms in South Dublin

Passionate about raising the standard of women’s strength training and providing expert coaching.

Launched The Strength Clinic in May 2024, focused exclusively on delivering high-quality strength and conditioning for women through personal and small group training.

Jack has been involved with strength and fitness training for nearly 10 years across a multitude of different strength and fitness training disciplines.

He learned from top coaches to develop his own training and began offering informal guidance to friends and family. He quickly discovered his passion and skill for coaching and was encouraged to consider becoming a qualified trainer .

In 2023 moved to Australia for a year where he launched an online coaching business helping and guiding numerous men and women to achieve their desired goals.

Returned to Ireland in 2024 and joined Paul and The Strength Clinic team as a Group Training Coach.
